Why can't I see the download links?

Download links are only visible to users with an active subscription. Make sure you're logged in with the same email you used to purchase. If you just subscribed, try refreshing the page or logging out and back in. If the problem persists, use the "Download Issues" form above.

How many devices can I use LinQ on?

Your subscription allows you to use LinQ Audio on up to 3 devices simultaneously. If you need to use it on a new device, you can deactivate an old device from your account settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to your Account page, scroll to Subscription section, and click "Cancel Subscription". Your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Note: We have a no-refund policy for cancellations.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We encourage you to try the free trial before purchasing to make sure LinQ Audio meets your needs.
